so today i feel a little bit stress even though i successfully stayed in my room for almost 24hour!!! wow!! clap2!! but that makes me sick,it just feel so stress to sit alone and not doing anything productively and this makes me feel SAD. so i decided to go for a walk/jog if you wanna call it.it was hay day in Coventry so it takes so much effort form me to go out you know despite of the wind and rain.Alhamdullilah it was not raining at 8pm so I changed my attire and put on my running shoes and walk up to lakeside.
Alhamdulillah I feel so fresh and my mind become clearer now perhaps because the endorphine hormone.I bet so.do you know that when we exercise our body release endorphone that makes you feel better especially your mood so if you ever feel like crazy go for a jog!!! i highly recommend this,it is much better than shopping cause you tend to shop unnecessary things when you are sad.Plus,if you jog around it just feel good to have sightseeing a bit,it just makes you feel close to Allah.Have you ever had feeling of calm whenever you are close to nature? do you know why? it is because Allah created the nature and do you know that the nature is just keep zikir-ing to Allah all the time,that is why whenever we are close to them we can feel the serenity..so now you got the key for a calm life right??? remember Allah and you shall be peace.
